Can I pick up my painting instead of having it shipped?
If you’re local to Sacramento, I’d be happy to arrange a studio pickup. Please add a note to your order and we’ll schedule a convenient time for pickup.
Do you accept commission requests?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces that are personal and meaningful. I’m currently accepting commission requests, and I’d be happy to discuss your vision. You can commission a piece by filling out the form at the bottom of my commissions page.
Can I pay in instalments?
Commissions & Originals:
A 50% deposit is paid to secure your place on my commission waiting list, the outstanding amount is paid upon completion, prior to delivery.
Prints:
You can pay in installments when you reach checkout if you pay with paypal.
Do orders ship with tracking?
All orders include tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been packed and is ready to ship.
What happens if a product is damaged in transit?
My prints are specially made to order, however, your satisfaction is paramount.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received.
Can I return commissioned artwork?
Sales of commissioned artwork are final. I cannot accept returns as these are highly personalised creations.
However, I ensure a collaborative process to align the artwork with your expectations. Find out more about the commission process HERE
Who owns the rights to the artwork?
I retain all rights to my artwork, including sold and commissioned pieces. This means I may create reproductions of any original painting.
As a collector, you may not reproduce the artwork in any form without written permission. However, once you purchase a painting, you have the right to display it in your home or business.
If you are interested in purchasing full rights to the artwork, please send us an email and we would be happy to discuss this with you!
Do you exchange prints due to change or mind?
All of our prints are bespoke and made to order for you. As such we do not accept exchanges or returns for change or mind.
